One thing that sets Ganga Realty apart is choice. In the same part of Gurgaon you can buy a 60th-floor apartment, a low-rise floor with its own lift, or a plot of land. Each one suits a different kind of buyer, so here's how to think it through.
The low-rise option: Kashi Residences and Valley Floors
Kashi Residences (Sector 89) is a gated community of about 250 homes. Each building is stilt plus four floors, so every home is a whole floor, with a private lift and parking right downstairs. Each floor is 179 sq.yd, from about ₹2.50 Cr*.
Ganga Valley Floors (Sector 78) follows a similar idea: 3 BHK floors of 158–168 sq.yd near NH-48, from about ₹2 Cr*.
Good for: families who want fewer neighbours, quick access to their car, a feeling closer to an independent house, and no long lift waits.

The high-rise option: Nandaka, Anantam and Nine Zero
Towers give you views, a full-scale clubhouse and amenities you can't fit into a low-rise community. You'll find infinity pools at all three, six clubhouses at Anantam, and three separate clubs at Nandaka. Nine Zero makes every home a corner unit; Nandaka limits each floor to two homes.
Good for: buyers who want resort-style amenities, a view and a doorstep community.
The plot option: Ganga Valley
If you'd rather design your own home, Ganga Valley in Sector 78 offers residential plots in a gated, tree-lined community. Plot sizes and prices are shared on request.
A simple way to decide
- Want to move in soonest? Kashi and Valley Floors are expected around 2028*.
- Want the most space for the money? Compare the sq.yd floors with the 3 BHK towers on a per-room basis.
- Want amenities above all? Go high-rise.
