Ganga's two big towers sit next door to each other, in Sectors 84 and 85. On paper they look similar: same developer, same architects (UHA London), same corner of New Gurgaon. Live with either one, though, and you'd have quite a different experience. Here's how we'd help a client choose.

Choose Nandaka if privacy matters most
Nandaka's big idea is two homes per floor, with two private lifts serving each apartment. You share a landing with exactly one neighbour. The homes are bigger too: 3,059 sq.ft for a 3 BHK, all the way up to 5,632 sq.ft duplex penthouses. About 80% of the land stays open.

Choose Anantam if you want the view
Anantam is Gurgaon's tallest building, at 60 storeys (about 210 metres), and puts its best amenities right at the top. Cloud 60, on the 60th floor, has four infinity pools, a gym, an observatory deck and an open-air bar and café, and there are six clubs in all. The homes are a little smaller and the entry price is lower, at about ₹3.38 Cr*. If skyline views and a sky-high pool are what you're after, Anantam wins.

Where they stand today
Both are HARERA registered and under construction. By October 2026, Nandaka's Tower 1 was past its 4th-floor slab, and Anantam had finished the rafts for Towers B and C.
