Our philosophy

We don't think of a home as square footage. We think of it as light, air, open land and room to breathe: a place where life, in its purest form, can flow.

That idea, borrowed from the river we're named after, runs through every Ganga project, from two-homes-a-floor towers to low-rise floors and plots.

01 · Our story

A Gurgaon Developer Since 2010

Ganga Realty has been building in Gurgaon since 2010. Today its work is concentrated in New Gurgaon: high-rise homes at Nandaka (Sector 84), Anantam (Sector 85) and Nine Zero (Sector 90), low-rise floors at Kashi Residences (Sector 89) and Ganga Valley Floors, and plots at Ganga Valley (Sector 78).

The group also builds beyond Gurgaon. Tathastu is its IGBC-certified affordable-housing brand, and Swarnim is its commercial brand, both active in Sohna and Rewari.

Built With International Partners

Ganga brings in specialists rather than doing everything in-house. UHA London designs Nandaka and Anantam. MACE is the technical partner at Nandaka, JLL the knowledge partner, Facade Design Factory handles the façade and GSA the landscape. At Anantam, Macfarlane + Associates work on structure, SGS on technical checks and ACC on construction.

03 · Greener living

A Founding Member of IGBC

Ganga is a founding member of the Indian Green Building Council. You can see it in the plans: 80% open space at Nandaka, 75% at Nine Zero and 45% green at Anantam, plus Miyawaki gardens and built-in air purification.

The Ganga Foundation carries the same thinking beyond the sites, with tree plantation drives, children's education support and Namami Gange ghat clean-ups in Haridwar.

    Ganga Realty founded

    Starts building in Gurgaon.

  2. 2023

    Nandaka registered

    HARERA registration for Nandaka, Sector 84, on 23 October 2023.

  3. 2024

    Anantam registered

    HARERA registration for Anantam, Sector 85, on 3 June 2024.

  4. 2025

    Kashi Residences registered

    HARERA registration for the low-rise floors in Sector 89.

  5. 2026

    Construction under way

    By October, Nandaka's Tower 1 was past its 4th-floor slab, Anantam's Tower B and C rafts were complete, and Kashi plots had reached the 4th floor.
